出現了無法回復ipod ,發生未知的錯誤(3194)

我用的是ipod 4,
版本是4.3.3 已jb
想更新,
卻出現了無法回復ipod ,發生未知的錯誤(3194)
已del itune,再重新下載.還是這樣
請幫忙..
