backup extractor

already downloaded an iphone backup extractor to my pc , but it's seems it is an old version i downloaded, i did the 1st step (register sucessfully with keygen), but i'm unable to do the step 2 (system shown error) after i click "next" on the step 1 page.
i found that the update version of extractor it would be download at http://www.iphonebackupextractor.com , after i downloaded it i do not know where i can find "register key" . The register key needs to get thru email, do you know how i can get the key to process? pls advise
