升5.0.1時, 出現官方韌體不相容, 請各位幫忙~

我下載官方5.0.1時明明寫住有780MB, 但下載完後變左446MB (試左好多次都係咁), 跟住改名做.ipsw, 然後進入DFU Mode後回覆, 就彈左句"不能回覆iphone, 官方韌體不相容", 請問怎樣解決?
